So my accounting final is thursday & since I work all day tommorow I spent all day today studying for it. I am currently at the point where I do not think I can stuff my brain with any more information. ugh

So today was a rather boering day, all I seemed to do was work. First I went to sysco to finish up my paper work for the week because it is a month end and then I worked at Kumon for the rest of the day.

However, on the bright side the US Open started today and there was some great matches. Highlights include Soderling & Monfils pulling thru in five set matches and Hewitt loosing in the first round.

Sunday Fun day!!

So today Melissa & I had a much needed girls shopping day. Of course it was a typical shopping adventure where I bought pretty much everything I tried on and lissa bought nothing. And then we watched the movie Scott Pilgram vs the world which was so stupid and confusing ugh. Regardless it was a fun girls day which was exactly what the doctor ordered!!!

US OPEN!!

So today the 2010 brackets for the US Open were relased and I am so excited. RAFA NADAL, my personal favorite tennis player of all time, recieved the number one ranking!! Yeah!!! And Federer, my least favorite tennis player, has a hard draw to reach the finals. So hopefully Federer looses and Nadal can pull through and win his first US Open and be one of the few elite to have a career gold slam!!! I am so excited for two amazing weeks of tennis!!

Facial Hair (major NO NOO!!)

So along with rolled pants another thing I am not a fan of is men with facial hair. And by facial hair I mean any hair on a guys face (beard, moustache, goatee, horse shoe, soul patch, scruff ) it is all bad in my books. Why??  You look so much better cleanly shaven. So boys please do me a favor and just SHAVE!!!

meet hans

So this is my faithful friend Hans!! We have been together since my junior year of highschool and will hopefully have many more years together. Today however was not a good day for Hans, you see southern California is having a major heat wave and Hans just wasn't ready. I mean its hard for a old car with black leather interior on a normal day but when temperatures are as high as 107 degrees its just to much. :(  So as a result Hans' air was on the frits the service light kept poping on, just not the best day. But I am glad to report that Hans servived and is ready to fight another day. But we are both glad to hear that today was suppose to be the hottest day of summer (well according to channel 7 weatherman)

Rolled up jeans on guys!! ugh NO!! Stop it!!

So everywhere I went today I was surrounded by men rolling their pants. Personally I am not a fan of this new fashion trend. I have no desire to see your ankles and doubt that you are preparing for a flood. So please do us all a favor and unroll your pants.  I hope this fashion statement does not last to long. I blame the whole thing on JCrew!!!!

An awful discovery!!!

So today while I was brushing my hair I made an awful discovery, I noticed my first white hair. Naturally, I plucked it out and searched the rest of my hair to make sure I did not have anymore (I didnt in case you were wondering.) It just came as such a shock to me, I mean I am only 20 years old I am not suppose to have any white hairs!! Oh well there is nothing i can do about it now, I guess I will just have to blame it on all the stress!!

House sitting!!

Olive

I spent this weekend house sitting for my Aunt Ellen. The job also entailed watching her two dogs dasher (a chiuaua mix) and olive (a terrier mix.) The dogs couldnt be more different dasher basically snubbed me all weekend while Olive would not leave me alone. She basically spent all weekend playing with me or in my lap. All in all it was a realxing weekend and it is always fun to get out of your own house and be in a different environment for a change.

Lazy Day!!!

Well the highlight of my day today was sitting in bed watching Seinfeld while Mini (my little pomeranian) and I both ate breakfast. For those of you who do not know Mini persoanlly here is a little insight we rescued her two christmas's ago. She was the mom at a puppy mill and was being overbread. We were really lucky to find her because she is such an amazing dog and fits into our family perfectly. I am pretty sure that she is unaware of the fact that she is a dog and thinks that in fact she is a person or maybe a baby.
